Arch pain can result from many things....

- Foot tendon pain
- A stress fracture in the feet
- Poor foot structure
- Poor biomechanics
- Arthritis in the feet
- Muscle tightness
No matter what the issue is, the team at Sarah Sweeney Podiatry can help resolve your arch pain issues.
Midfoot Pain
Midfoot pain is in the middle of the foot and occurs gradually from...
- Biomechanical issues
- Overloading
- Instantly through trauma such as a sprain or a fracture
Common conditions that occur in the midfoot include Arthritis, Fracture, Peroneal Tendonitis or a Lisfranc injury. The Lisfranc area is made up of a group of small bones that help form the arch of the foot.
If one of these bones is broken or a tendon is torn or inflamed, the midfoot can become very sore, swollen or red.
